I have been taking my vehicle to High River Toyota for the past couple of years. I had gone through a fair number of service shops and expenses until I decided to go directly to the dealership. What a difference! The customer service is outstanding. Darcy is by far the most pleasant, patient and personable individuals I have dealt with. When people talk about taking their vehicle in to be serviced at the dealership the fear is the costs associated with the job. Darcy makes you feel like family and I appreciate that I am the one making decisions about my vehicle. High River will advise on what they think you need but you decide what is right for your budget. I have had numerous questions on my vehicle which Darcy was more than willing to take the time to explain what is going on and what I need to look for. And the best part is I don't have to worry as High River picks up and delivers my vehicle back to me in the city. I would definitely recommend any one who wants reliability and assurances to speak to Darcy and the High River Toyota team!

As for someone who worked in the dealership before,I have to say High River Toyota gives excellent customer service. Many thanks to Adam and Terry for helping me find such an amazing car! Wes and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Francis and Charles. We really appreciated your professional service and how you made our car buying experience the best and fastest weve ever had, you were both respectful, honest, kept us in the loop and even kept us entertained! One major aspect most car dealerships lack these days is respect; you never made us sweat or feel like we were being taken advantage of. We have never dealt with a dealership that pays so much attention to the little things. We called Francis to inquire about a particular vehicle they had in their inventory, 10 minutes later we showed up at High River Toyota and to our surprise Francis had the vehicle sitting right out front, ready for us to take it for a test drive, the detailing of the car was showroom ready! The whole process was a five star experience, from providing information, answering all questions we had, without pressure of the sale, they even had our vehicle ready for delivery a few days sooner than originally scheduled at our request so we could still go on our holiday on time. This is our second vehicle from High River Toyota, on both occasions weve had a fantastic experience, and for that we are over the top grateful and cannot thank you enough!
