My wife and I flew into Calgary from Michigan (USA) to pickup a new 2018 Roadtrek 210 Popular, as we could not find one in the states and the price was desirable. Bruce our salesman picked us up at the hotel and was a wonderful host. I think we met the entire team at High River Autoplex & RV. All the team members were very helpful. They also carted us around town to help us feed our hunger and obtain the needed paperwork to get back into the states. Would highly recommend High River Autoplex & RV.
We just did a trade in of our trailer to a new 2018 tent trailer. As seniors we are down sizing. Our experience in dealing with High River Autoplex & RV was more than satisfactory. Our sales rep Gary was fantastic answering all our questions and concerns. And Robert the Finance Advisor was also fantastic and answered all our questions and concerns. These two very cordial fellows made our dealing with the High River Autoplex very easy and enjoyable. All staff there are very friendly and approachable. The place to go for top "drawer" service..
We went looking during the anniversary weekend and found the layout we loved. Our salesman, Jared, was fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable and a good person, he helped us pick out our pre-retirement trailer and one we will use into our retirement. He was helpful during our visit and has been helpful since and gave us a good overview of our travel trailer before we picked it up. Cannot fail to mention Daniel either, he was finance manager and was helpful and knowledgeable helping us to get a good deal. Thank you both.
Gary was a great help and a pleasure to deal with. He was very informative and easy to talk to. You can tell his is a local by his welcoming personality and warm smile. We bought our first tent trailer from the autoplex a couple of weeks ago. Marc from sales was very helpful throughout the process. He was quick to respond to emails and texts and answered all our questions. Daniel from finance helped us through the paperwork and was great with our 6m.o. daughter who we brought along with us. When we picked up the trailer a week later Marc and the manager spent plenty of time explaining where everything was located and how it works. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone and I plan to buy from them again in the future. Thanks!
