AWESOME customer service!!! Thanks to Shane, I was able to have my hot water heater repaired and back into operation in one day -- and on a Friday at that! As a home-based massage therapist, I do a lot of laundry and hot water is critical! I would recommend this company in a heart beat!
Woke up with -no heat-... submitted an urgent request via the website @ 6AM & had an e-mail back within the hour. Received a phone call soon after and was able to setup my appointment shortly thereafter. Tech arrived on time and went above & beyond, taking care of a number of issues in a short time. The part my furnace needed was on back order but they found a way to make it work in the mean time and were back with the back ordered part that afternoon. Excellent service, will not hesitate to call again.
