I don't think I've ever left a bad review before but here it goes. My experience with cottonwood bridal started off wonderful. The lady helping me was kind and helpful. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams and was fortunate enough to be able to take it home that day as it was off the rack and on sale to my surprise. Asking the lady about alterations she told me to wait until march/April to book an alterations appointment. Okay, no big deal it's super easy, just wanted it taken out slightly and some of the crinoline removed as it is super puffy. I called the shop to book for alterations and not only was the woman on the phone incredibly rude and unhelpful, she informed me they won't do alterations as I waited too long. I told her what I was told to do and she huffed at me and told me "it's not our problem we're very busy" I asked her if maybe I could speak with the manager to which I got another huff and she hung up on me. How inappropriate. The only good thing I got out of this place was my dress, Im a first time bride and am completely shocked they would treat someone like this. So if you're looking for poor customer service look no further.
I highly suggest going to cotton wood bridal for your dress. The lady at the store held the shop open for us late as we had the closing time wrong. She was a wonderful lady so kind and very helpful. Cotton wood bridal has an amazing selection of dresses. We had gone to other stores but cottonwood had the most unique dresses we couldn't find any where else. I highly recomemd going here. Absolutely wounderful experience.
Great dresses, intimate setting for yiur bridal experience. They take great care if you and your entourage while shopping.
Perfect place to get a dress. I live in NW Calgary and it was worth the servers trips to get my dress. The service is outstanding, I felt like they put me first like a boutique service! The seamstress Tara was hands down the best, she went asboutly above and beyond to make my dress perfect (as I had many things changed and altered).Price was right and service was great! Highly highly highly recommend! Thank you for making my day so perfect!
