First time customer who will DEFINITELY be returning! Walked into Alpha today without an appointment and Tau was quick to greet me and agree to do a fill! Not only was he friendly and held a conversation, but he also informed me of every step in the process he was doing. Explaining the products he was using and giving me a heads up on why he had to do extra steps because of my previous fill. The place was super clean and Tau is METICULOUS in his trade. Multiple times he started over because of a tiny piece lint or dust getting on my nails. Cant wait to go back!
I have been a customer of Alpha Nails for several years. My nails are always done in a very skilled and professional manner. Both Lee and her husband always make me feel extremely valued and welcome and also accommodate me even on very short notice. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
I got my nails done here yesterday, and I am throughly disappointed in the results on my nails. They look nothing like the picture I showed them. Dont get me wrong their service is amazing, but as nail artists they arent so good. My nails are lumpy and bumpy, the white nail polish he used, crinkled up in the UV light. My nails just look horrid! Customers at my job see my nails EVERYDAY and they just look terrible. I just am so disappointed in the results :( I dont think I will be returning here.
I had an amazing experience here, nails were very well done I am extremely happy. I've never gotten so many compliments on my nails! Would definitely recommend this place to others!!
