A good morning at the Mobile gas bar talking to a friend and gas attendee who was awesome! I had a slow mind and as I had said to them both (must have left my brain in bed!) Do to somehow not concentrating on how to run the pumps properly Lol.....anyway was a good morning and day.
Very awesome deals in the flyer every week! Some crazy deals with the "dollar days" you can get a small tub of ice cream for a buck! They have a nice and helpful staff. Very good stuff for cheap!
Check your receipt, its wrong almost every time. If you think your going to pay what the price that the shelf says, think again. You have to either watch closely at the check out or check your receipt. And then, since they have no customer service, you get to stand around for some extra time while they try to find someone to sort it out. In this day and age, this is unacceptable.
I am new to High River and have been to Stephen's No Frills about 20 times now. I have yet to see the store without ridiculously long lines. I have never seen a business under staff to this level. The shelves are usually quite bare and I find myself taking boxes of product from the top shelves to get the item I require (I also put the product in the appropriate location, which the staff seems incapable of). The lines have caused me to take my business to Co-op, which is a shame, because I enjoy President's Choice products.
Just had a terrible experience at Stephen's No Frills in High River. When checking out, I was told "I need to search your bag to make sure you didn't take anything." I was appalled. I'm no thief, nor has this ever happened to me anytime I've shopped there over the last three years. Furthermore when I asked for my bag credit as I used my PC Elite Mastercard to pay I was told I needed two reusable bags. I phoned to speak to a manager about my experience when I arrived home and I was told, that's always been their store policy, and that if I came in she would give me 20 bag credits for my troubles, so $0.60 cents. After the bread scandal, and how I'm treated personally as a customer, I'm cancelling my PC credit card. And it's a shame, I like PC products.
